Sixth Form Option Blocks
You would usually be expected to select three courses from any of the 8 option blocks, in exceptional circumstances you may wish to select a fourth course.
It is not possible to study two courses that are in the same option block e.g. you cannot select both French and Sociology.
If you have not achieved a 4 or better in either English or Maths you must take the GCSE resit option, consequently you will be unable to study any of the other courses in that block.
Courses offered in option blocks X, Y and Z are offered subject to student numbers. If you select one of these options this may restrict you choices from blocks A to E.
