GCSE Exam Results 2018

We are very delighted with the results for this year. We have seen significant rises in many areas.

Our pupils achieved 19 grade 9's overall - Amazing!

With English at 79% and Maths 74% we have achieved some of our best results ever!

Overall 67% of pupils achieved grade 4 (9-4) or higher in both English and Maths

Overall 47% of pupils achieved grade 5 (9-5) or higher in both English and Maths - a 3% rise from last year.

  • Pupil premium pupils 4+ Basics is 47%
  • Our overall Progress 8 Score is +0.08
  • Our overall Attainment 8 Score is 46.33
  • 19% of our pupils achieved the English Baccalaureate (Ebacc) at 4+.
  • 11% of our pupils achieved the English Baccalaureate (Ebacc) at 5+.
  • Two Good Science has gone up to 61%

Subjects that have done particularly well are Maths, English, the Triple Sciences, along with History, Geography, Science, French, Computer Science, and PE.

  • Arian Moore – Four grade 9, four grade 8 and an A* in Additional Maths. Progress score +2.47
  • Daniel Fadele - Four grade 9, two grade 8, one A* in Additional Maths and a Distinction * in Sports. Progress score +1.96.
  • Esha Patel – Three grade 9, three grade 8 and an A in Additional Maths. Progress score +1.77

  • Pedro Viera De Almeida - Three grade 7. Progress 8 score +3.29
  • Asier Chamorra Calispa - One grade 9. Progress 8 Score +2.54
  • Anthony Booker - Four grade 8, two grade 7 and one Distinction *. Progress8 score +2.48.
